This notice explains what VersityHub stores about you, why, and for how long. It is written for learners, not lawyers.

What we store and why

We do not use advertising, analytics scripts or tracking pixels. Your code runs in an isolated sandbox and is not used to train anything.
Cookies
We set two cookies, both needed for the site to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days) and a security cookie that protects forms from forgery. Because they are strictly necessary, we do not show a cookie banner. The browser also keeps a small amount of local data (for example which tab is signed in); it never leaves your device.
Who else sees your data

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and all your work deleted. Write to [[email protected]]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Age
VersityHub is for learners aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us before creating an account.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep the service secure (legitimate interests), and to keep financial records (legal obligation).
